Our school-based mental health program places licensed clinicians directly in partner schools, providing accessible mental health support to students in the environment where they spend most of their time. This model reduces barriers to care and supports academic success.

Students in kindergarten through 12th grade in partner schools across Guilford County and surrounding areas who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACTT)
Intensive, community-based support for serious mental illness.

Our ACTT model brings services directly to clients in their homes and communities, reducing hospitalizations and supporting community integration.
Who We Serve
Adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression who have had difficulty engaging with traditional outpatient services or have a history of frequent hospitalizations.
What to Expect
- A dedicated multidisciplinary team including a psychiatrist, nurses, therapists, and peer support specialists
- Services delivered in the community — at home, at work, or wherever the client is
- 24/7 crisis support and intervention
- Assistance with housing, employment, benefits, and community integration
Our medication management services provide ongoing psychiatric medication oversight by experienced prescribers. We work collaboratively with clients, families, and other treatment providers to optimize medication regimens and support overall mental health stability.

Children, adolescents, and adults who have been prescribed psychiatric medications and require ongoing monitoring, adjustment, and coordination of their medication regimen.

Our family services support families navigating the challenges of behavioral health conditions. We provide family therapy, psychoeducation, skill-building, and coordination of care to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and build resilience.

Families with a member experiencing behavioral health challenges, including parents of children with mental health or behavioral issues, families supporting a loved one with serious mental illness, and couples seeking relationship support.
