Current Opportunities
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Full-TimeProvide individual, group, and family therapy to adults and children with behavioral health diagnoses. Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC / LPCA)
Full-TimeDeliver evidence-based outpatient therapy services to individuals and families. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Pre-licensed candidates (LPCA) welcome — supervision provided.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Full-TimeConduct psychiatric evaluations, manage psychiatric medications, and provide integrated care in collaboration with the clinical team. Experience with Medicaid populations preferred.
Community Support Specialist
Full-TimeProvide community-based support services to adults with serious mental illness. Assist clients with daily living skills, resource connection, and community integration. Valid NC driver's license required.
School-Based Mental Health Clinician
Full-TimeProvide on-site mental health services to students in partner schools. Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers. LCSW or LPC required; school experience preferred.
ACTT Team Member
Full-TimeServe as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment Team providing intensive, community-based services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Various clinical and support roles available.
